When I came here there was a little voice in my head everyday saying “You’re dying,” and it was right!! I was! WAS. And now I’m not! I hated myself so bad and was in sooo much pain that Death seemed like it would be relief. I know for a fact that shit had a a hold of my brain, my decisions in everything what I ate, what I did, and when I did it. I can honestly say I have NEVER felt this good. “I am now in a place of knowing in regards to how much body and spirit are one. As
someone who has been more focused on spirit it is powerful to have my
body be more in my field of attention. I am now much more dedicated to
